You can return the products within 30 days of receiving the items. (Note: Returns from Switzerland are currently not possible due to customs regulations)

Once we have received your return, we will refund the value of the goods or offset the return against any outstanding invoice amount.

RETURN - HOW IT WORKS:

1. Register your return via your customer account at https://account.cosline.de/.

2. Select the order from which you want to return items.

3. Click on "Request Return".

4. Choose "Other" as the reason and provide a detailed description of your return reason under "Note".

5. We will then send you a free return label by email. (only possible within Germany – returns from other EU countries must be at your own expense. Returns from Switzerland are currently not possible)

6. Pack the products in a padded envelope if possible. For larger products, like the cleansing foam, a box is recommended.
👉 Important: Sets can only be returned as a whole.

7. Print the return label, stick it on the package, and drop the envelope into a Deutsche Post mailbox. No need to queue at the post office.

8. Please allow us 10 days to process your return. You will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the order. (If you paid via Klarna, you can register your return directly with Klarna.)

Please note that for hygiene reasons, returned products must be disposed of. To save resources and protect the environment, please consider before returning whether you might want to keep and use the product after all. Thank you for your understanding and support for greater sustainability!
