You can return the products within 30 days of receiving the items. (Please note: Returns from Switzerland are currently not possible due to customs reasons)

Once we have received your return, we will refund the value of the goods or offset the return against the outstanding invoice amount.

RETURN - HOW IT WORKS:

1. Register your return via your customer account at https://account.cosline.de/ .

2. Select the order from which you wish to return items.

3. Click on "Request return".

4.Select "Other" as the reason and provide us with a detailed description of your return reason under "Note".

2. We will then send you a free return label by email. (only possible within Germany - returns from another EU country must be made at your own expense. Returns from Switzerland are currently not possible)

3. Pack the products in a padded envelope - if possible. For larger products, such as the cleansing foam or the Eyefect, a cardboard box is a good option.

4. Print out the return label, stick it on the shipment and put the envelope in a Deutsche Post mailbox. No need to queue at the post office.

5. Please give us 10 days to process your return. You will be refunded using the same payment method you used to place the order.
