Did you order the wrong item, miscalculate the quantity, or is there a defect?
-> If you want to exchange your recently purchased product for one of the reasons mentioned above, please send us an email at info@cosline.de
Be sure to include,
- which product from your delivery you want to exchange, and
- which product you would like instead.
Please note that this is only possible within the first 30 days after purchase.
Give us time to review your request; afterwards, you will receive a return label from us (only possible within Germany – returns from other EU countries must be at your own expense).
Once we have received your return, we will send your exchange product on its way to you. No shipping confirmation will be sent for this.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, returned products must be disposed of. To save resources and protect the environment, please consider before returning whether you might want to keep and use the product after all. Thank you for your understanding and support for more sustainability!
