Shipping policy

SHIPPING

1. Shipping Costs

Your order will be shipped by DHL in a paper-padded envelope with shipment tracking. The DHL Kleinpaket (incl. shipment tracking) will (usually) fit into any letterbox. This means you do not have to be at home to accept your orders.
Please note: Due to the global shortage of raw materials used in cardboard, we are sometimes forced to use shipment packaging that is not optimised for our cosmetics. As a rule, we use shipment packaging that is tailored to the size and quantity of the order. Currently, this cannot always be guaranteed.
Shipping is handled on our behalf by our service provider PVS Fulfillment-Service GmbH. Standard delivery is only available in the countries indicated below.

The delivery costs are calculated as follows:
(1) Domestic delivery within Germany: a flat rate of € 3.90 per order. The flat-rate delivery charge is omitted for shopping-cart values of € 70.00 or above. (Gift vouchers are not included in the shopping-cart value).
(2) Delivery to Austria and the Netherlands: a flat rate of € 6.20 per order. The flat-rate delivery charge is omitted for shopping-cart values of € 90.00 or above. (Gift vouchers are not included in the shopping-cart value).
(3) Delivery abroad (within the European Union): Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus: a flat rate of € 7.50 per order.
(4) Delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein: a flat rate of € 19.90 per order. This includes customs clearance by a service provider (MeinEinkauf) and no additional import duties will apply.
(5) Norway and the United Kingdom: not available.

We expressly reserve the right to deliver to regions that belong to the territory of the EU Member States but do not fall within the EU Customs Territory.

Please note that cross-border deliveries (outside Germany but within the EU) may be subject to additional charges, for example in the form of customs duties, which must be borne by you. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may give rise to additional costs in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, the cost of money transfers by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

 

2. Delivery Times - Domestic and International
For deliveries within Germany, the delivery time is 3 - 4 working days.
For deliveries abroad (within the EU) the delivery time is 5 - 6 working days.
In November and December, especially following sales promotions, the delivery time may increase by several days. 

The delivery period begins once COSLINE Cosmetics has sent the automatic shipping advice to the Customer by email. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or on a state-recognised public holiday in the delivery location, the next working day is deemed to be the last day. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays. 

Standard delivery takes place using the DHL service known as Warenpost, including shipment tracking. Due to staff shortages at DHL, delivery may take longer than the number of working days specified. This is beyond our control and we apologise for any inconvenience.

If, in the exceptional case, an item is temporarily out of stock resulting in a longer delivery time, this will be indicated separately in the relevant product description. 

PAYMENT

1. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options for delivery within Germany, the EU and Switzerland:
(1) PayPal

(2) Klarna (DE, AU, DK, NL, SE only) with invoice, direct debit, instant bank transfer or credit card

(3) Credit card

(4) Shopify Payments (incl. Google Pay, Apple Pay - on certain devices)

Delivery to Norway and the United Kingdom is unavailable.

2. Exclusion of Certain Payment Methods
We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods. The available payment methods will be indicated during the order process. In this regard, please also refer to the information in our Privacy Policy

3. Payment Terms
The invoice will be sent to you by email shortly after the items have been shipped. With respect to all payment methods, payment is already initiated when you complete your order, so you don't have to do anything else. If using Klarna (invoice) you will receive a payment request from Klarna and pay Klarna directly according to the details on the payment request.
