Do you want to return or exchange an item, or cancel your order? Simply choose the appropriate option.
Return or exchange item
You can return or exchange items via our returns portal.
Cancel order
You can cancel your order via the cancellation portal. An exchange is not possible there.
Important notes
- You can return your order within 30 days. Please note, however, that returned cosmetic products must be disposed of for hygiene reasons.
- Makeup sets can only be returned or exchanged in full.
- Returns from Austria, the Netherlands and other EU countries are at the customer's expense.
- Returns from Switzerland are currently not possible.
