Review websites and apps for ingredients are now widely available online. They make sense for identifying potentially harmful ingredients in cosmetic products.

However, the underlying rating system also has some weaknesses. The classification of ingredients is done by the app itself and is not always based on objective, scientifically grounded criteria. Additionally, the review platforms do not take into account the concentration of an ingredient or its intended use. Some ingredients are concerning when ingested or inhaled, but much less so when used externally. Furthermore, some ingredients are classified as critical mainly due to poor biodegradability and potential environmental impact. This is a very general classification, as it does not take into account the likelihood that these ingredients will actually reach the environment.

COSLINE products are manufactured in Germany (not China!). We can guarantee that we comply with the EU regulations. However, there is always "room for improvement," so we are continuously working to improve our products.

Under Customer Account you can easily log in with your email address and a 6-digit code that is sent to your email address. You do not have to register and you do not need a password. Even if you have not yet ordered from us, you can log in this way and open a customer account.

In the checkout, all EXPRESS payment methods (PayPal, Shop Pay or Google Pay) are displayed first. If you select one of these EXPRESS payment methods, the address details will be taken from your payment account and you will not have to enter them again. In the checkout under payment, all payment methods (including Klarna) are displayed and can be selected.

You can find the Klarna payment method in the checkout in the payment section. First enter your email and delivery address so that shipping can be calculated automatically. If you scroll down further, you will see the payment section. Here you will see all payment methods (including Klarna) and can be selected.

We ship within Germany by DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as the package leaves our premises. This email also contains a link to the shipment tracking, which you can use to track your shipment online. If you cannot find a shipping confirmation in your inbox, please also check your spam/junk folder.
You can also access the shipment tracking link in your customer account at any time.
