About Us
We are three sisters: Martina, Lisa and Sabine from Freiburg im Breisgau. Together we run the family business COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH in the second generation.

This is what we stand for
It is important to us that everyone can easily put on make-up without being a make-up professional. At the trade fairs and make-up workshops where we have advised and applied make-up to ordinary women, we often heard that many would like to put on make-up but don't know exactly how. We therefore want to show you how easy it is to put on make-up for the day (and evening) yourself at home without much effort. It's very easy, you can do it too!
Our cosmetic products are of the highest quality, Made in Germany. So you can be 100% sure that you only get the best from us. We only include products in our range that we are convinced of ourselves.
We want to show you in the big cosmetics jungle that less cosmetics is often more and that everyone can apply make-up quickly and easily with simple tricks.

Martina Sauer
Tina is responsible for customer service at COSLINE. She is very committed to providing you with reliable customer support. In addition, she coordinates order processing to ensure your delivery arrives as quickly as possible. She is also in charge of all administration and human resources.
As someone with neurodermatitis, she knows how difficult it is to find good and, above all, compatible cosmetics. This allows her to advise women with skin problems very well and share her own experience.
Powerwoman Tina enjoys playing tennis and loves taking long walks in the forest with her Labrador. Her two sons also keep her very busy.

SABINE HORNER
Sabine is the creative mind behind COSLINE. She is responsible not only for the products and product development but also for marketing. This mainly includes presence on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Sabine loves applying makeup and was seen for many years as a Foundation artist at trade fairs, events, and makeup workshops (before Corona).
With Sabine’s positive energy and enthusiasm, she quickly inspires those around her. Sabine has two children, stays fit in the evenings with Pilates and Jazz Dance, and follows a vegetarian diet. After a long day, she loves to eat chocolate the most.

LISA HANSEN
Lisa keeps the COSLINE website up to date. She makes sure you can quickly find your way around our online shop and order easily. Lisa is also responsible for controlling because she really likes numbers and statistics.
Lisa enjoys sports like volleyball and jogging, as long as her three little children allow it. On weekends, she lets off steam in her own vegetable garden and likes to cook vegetarian.

NATHALIE SIEGL
Nathalie is responsible for customer service and administration at COSLINE. When you call our office or send us a message, Nathalie usually answers all your questions.
Besides that, she is also in charge of handling returns and complaints, as well as dunning and various accounting tasks.
In her free time, Nathalie enjoys keeping up with the latest foundation and beauty trends as well as fashion. She also loves to travel. Her favorite trips are road trips through foreign countries far away from mass tourism.

Anna-Lena Herr
Anna-Lena is responsible for customer service at COSLINE together with Nathalie and Caroline. If you call us or send us an email, Anna-Lena will take care of your request. Additionally, she supports her colleagues with returns and complaints as well as community management.
Anna-Lena loves to travel passionately. Whether a beach vacation or a city trip, her favorite travel destination is Croatia. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing by cooking, having coffee with friends, or working out with a hula hoop.

Caroline Feser
Caroline is part of the customer service team at COSLINE, working alongside Nathalie and Anna-Lena. Whether it's by email, phone, or chat – Caroline answers your questions and ensures everything runs smoothly. She also supports her colleagues with customer management and processing returns.
In her free time, Caroline loves spending time with her family. She especially enjoys going for walks in the fresh air or exploring new places in her local area.

Sabine Maier
Sabine supports the customer service team at COSLINE and works together with Nathalie, Caro, and Anna-Lena to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. She is also involved in customer management and helps organize and process returns.
In her free time, Sabine loves to travel and enjoys discovering new cultures and exciting places. She stays active with CrossFit, enjoys cooking, and cherishes time spent with family and friends. She also finds great joy in learning new things and experiencing variety in everyday life.

Leonie Luz
Leonie is part of the online marketing team at COSLINE and takes care of graphic design. Her tasks include brainstorming ideas for campaigns and promotions as well as their implementation. She is responsible for visualization and content creation for our social media channels. This also includes filming and editing makeup videos as well as editing photos and graphics. In addition, Leonie supports the team in maintaining and further developing our website and newsletter.
Leonie enjoys photography and sewing in her free time. When she’s not being creative, she likes to spend time in the Black Forest.

Online Marketing
Luisa Bösch
Luisa is part of the online marketing team at COSLINE. Her responsibilities include creating content for our social media channels and shooting and editing our videos. She is also responsible for coming up with ideas for new campaigns and visualising them.
Luisa loves to travel and explore new places. After work, she likes to work out at the gym. She is also very interested in personal development and enjoys attending seminars and reading books on the topic of mindset.

Melina Schülli
Melina is part of the online marketing team at COSLINE. Her responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, creating content for our social media channels, as well as filming and editing videos. She also takes care of photo editing and creating graphics.
In her free time, Melina finds the perfect balance by playing the piano. She is also regularly found at the gym, as exercise is part of her daily routine to clear her mind.

Victoria Gosteva
Victoria is part of the online marketing team at COSLINE. She is responsible for creating content for our social media channels, filming and editing our videos, and helping develop and visually implement new campaign ideas. She’s also in charge of image editing and graphic design.
In her free time, Victoria loves traveling to new destinations and embracing unexpected adventures. A good thriller is always a must. When she’s not giving it her all at the gym with strength training, she enjoys relaxing moments with friends.

Maimouna Bangoura
Maimouna is a working student and part of our online marketing team, bringing great curiosity and enthusiasm for all things digital. Alongside her marketing studies, she is gaining valuable practical experience and supports the team in a variety of tasks — from planning to executing our online activities.
In her free time, Maimouna enjoys spending time with friends and listening to music. She loves discovering new places, and traveling is one of her greatest passions — getting to know different countries, cultures, and perspectives continuously inspires her.

Nancy Steinberg
At Cosline, Nancy is responsible for purchasing, introducing new products, negotiating with suppliers, and building and optimizing processes. She makes sure your favorite products are always in stock and that we regularly offer exciting new additions to our range.
In her free time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. Whether hiking or cycling in the Black Forest – she loves nature and outdoor activities. She’s also passionate about traveling and discovering new places, whether it’s a city trip, a beach vacation, or a mountain adventure.

Company History
1997 Sigrid Ganter (Sigi) founded the company COSLINE Cosmetics. In the Baden-Württemberg region and Switzerland, she personally advises women of all ages at consumer fairs and establishes her own decorative cosmetics line.
2004 her daughters Martina and Sabine founded the cosmetics distribution company COSLINE Direct GbR to expand the successful sales in Germany and Austria. Freelance employees work extensively at fairs to inspire even more people with COSLINE products.
2016 the youngest sister Lisa joined the family business and took care of website optimization and controlling.
2017 the family business was converted into COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH.
2019 the COSLINE sisters launched their YouTube channel with many simple makeup tips.
2020 Corona meant the end for fairs and makeup workshops. Therefore, COSLINE’s social media channels were expanded. On Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok, valuable makeup tips are now regularly shared.
2022 more employees were hired to support the team.
2023 Our premises became too small, so we moved to a new, larger, and nicer office in Merzhausen. The raw material shortage caused us significant difficulties this year. Many products were sold out for months. However, most products were available again in time for Black Friday and Christmas.
The still family-run company now consists of the three sisters and ten employees who significantly contribute to its success.
COSLINE stands for simple and effective makeup. Whether daily makeup or matching evening wear, the goal has always been to create maximum beauty with compatible and easy-to-use products. It goes without saying that all COSLINE products are very skin-friendly.
