Shape and naturally fill in eyebrows
Eyebrows contour your face and enhance your eyes. For a natural result, it’s usually enough to gently emphasize the existing shape and fill in small gaps.
With these tips, your eyebrows will look well-groomed and stay beautifully defined all day.
Before filling in your eyebrows, shape them. These three tips make plucking easier:
- Pluck after showering: The warmth makes it easier to remove hairs.
- Pay attention to good lighting: This helps you see even fine and light hairs.
- Give your skin time: Don’t pluck your eyebrows right before applying makeup. The skin may be red and sensitive at first.
Determine Eyebrow Shape
You can easily determine the start, highest point, and end of your eyebrow with a pencil.
Place the pencil vertically against the side of your nose. It should point upward along the inner corner of your eye. This is where your eyebrow begins.
A natural eyebrow shape rises slightly for about two-thirds and then slopes down again.
Place the pencil diagonally from the outer side of your nose over your iris. The highest point of your eyebrow should be where the pencil crosses it.
Place the pencil from the side of your nose to the outer corner of your eye. Your eyebrow should end along this line.
With the Eyebrow Pencil Chocolate 121 you can now gently emphasize your eyebrows. Don’t hold the pencil like a regular pencil with the tip directly on the skin. Instead, use it sideways. This way you apply less color and can better control the result. Work with light pressure and gradually build up the intensity.
For an especially natural look, you should first color the hairs and not directly the skin underneath.
This is especially helpful for blonde or gray hairs. Apply the color with light pressure against the direction of hair growth, starting at the outer end of the eyebrow.
Then brush the hairs back into their natural direction with your finger.
Now you can carefully fill in sparse areas. Keep the pencil sideways and use light pressure to make short, fine strokes.
Always follow your natural eyebrow shape. Especially emphasize the lower contour. A heavily drawn upper line can quickly look unnatural.
If your eyebrows are a bit short at the front or back, you can subtly extend them with individual, fine strokes.
Finally, gently blend the color with your finger. This prevents harsh lines.

ich finde die einzelnen Videos wirklich super!
Nun habe ich aber folgendes Problem: Schlupflider und sehr tief angesetzte Augenbrauen. Wenn ich nun den Tipp befolge, den Lidschatten bis zum Knochen aufzutragen – also so, dass er auch bei geöffnetem Auge zu sehen ist – dann stößt dieser schon fast an die Augenbraue. Ich zupfe zwar immer die Härchen von unten weg, trotzdem bleibt leider nur minimal Platz. Gibt es hierfür einen Tipp?

vielen Dank für deinen lieben Kommentar! Es freut mich riesig zu hören, dass dir die Videos helfen und du Spaß am Ausprobieren der Schminkvarianten hast. Es ist nie zu spät, neue Techniken auszuprobieren und sich selbst zu verwöhnen!
Das mit dem verdeckten Auge ist verständlich – vielleicht könntest du versuchen, dich beim Schminken etwas anders zu positionieren oder einen Spiegel zu verwenden, der dir einen besseren Überblick gibt? Ich bin mir sicher, dass du das gut hinbekommst!

Jetzt werde ich bald 78 Jahre und habe mich in all den Jahren immer noch im Stil der 80er-Jahre geschminkt. Ihre Videos sind wirklich sehr lehrreich. Ich habe schon mehrere Schminkvarianten ausprobiert, nach wenigen “Patzern” klappt es schon gut. Ich habe nur ein großes Problem, da ich auf einem Auge sehr kurzsichtig bin und mit der Hand dann beim Schminken das "gute " Auge verdecke. Aber Ihre Produkte sind alle hervorragend und die Farben brilliant. Danke für die Videos und weiter so. LG Helga

Könnt ihr bitte auch ein Augenbrauen Video für Chemotherapie Patientinnen machen, die durch die Behandlung gar keine Brauen mehr haben? Das wäre super!

leider haben wir aktuell keinen helleren Augenbrauenstift im Sortiment.
Aber versuch mal den Stift nur ganz leicht auftragen und dann etwas in der Braue zu verreiben, dann ist die Farbe nicht ganz so stark.

Hat der Stift Vorteile gegenüber einem Pinsel? Meine Brauen sind nicht mehr füllig und vollständig. Ein bisschen wie malen nach Zahlen. Kein guten Rahmen mehr da.
Wie findet man dann die Form?
