1. GENERAL

The competition is organized by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH, Am Reichenbach 1b, 79249 Merzhausen (hereinafter also referred to as COSLINE).
The competition is open to all persons residing in Germany or Austria.
The competition ends at the time specified in the post. Unless otherwise specified, the winners will be notified in the comments or via Facebook/Instagram message/email.

2. CONDITIONS

Participation is open to any natural person aged 18 or over and is free of charge.
Automated competition services and competition clubs are excluded from participation.
Participation depends on the information provided in the post.

3. WIN

The winners will be randomly selected by a jury consisting of COSLINE employees.
Any changes to the competition will be announced on the Facebook/Instagram page.
Permanent COSLINE employees are not permitted to participate.
Claims to prizes cannot be transferred to other persons.
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the assessment of the contents of the submitted competition entries.

4. DISQUALIFICATION

Any user who attempts to falsify the result by technological means or in any other way will be immediately disqualified.
In the event of disqualification, the next placed candidate will receive the prize, provided that it originally belonged to the disqualified candidate.

5. PRIZES

It is not possible to cash out the cash value of the prizes.
The participant has no right to a change in the characteristics of the prize as offered by COSLINE.
The claim to the above-mentioned prize will become effective after feedback in the form of a Facebook/Instagram message/email. This must be done within seven days. After this period has expired, COSLINE will select a new winner.
If the prize cannot be sent due to incorrect/incorrect contact address information, COSLINE will select a new winner.

6. ADDITION

COSLINE points out that the availability and functionality of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition can be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without participants having any claims against COSLINE. External circumstances and constraints include technical problems, legal changes or mandatory measures by third parties that are outside of COSLINE's sphere of influence.

7. CONSENT

By participating in the competition, participants agree that their personal data will be stored and processed by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH for the purpose of conducting the competition .

8. LEGAL REGULATIONS

This competition is run by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH. Meta has no connection with this competition. Meta is therefore not available as a contact person regarding this competition. All questions/information regarding this should be directed to COSLINE Cosmetics.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

COSLINE processes participants’ personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations for the provision, implementation and processing of the competition (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Participants’ data will only be transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the conduct of the competition (e.g. for the purpose of sending prizes) or if a participant has consented to the transmission.
