1. GENERAL

The competition is organized by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH, Am Reichenbach 1b, 79249 Merzhausen (hereinafter also referred to as COSLINE).
The competition is open to all persons residing in Germany or Austria.
The competition ends at the time specified in the post. Unless otherwise specified, the winners will be notified in the comments or via Facebook/Instagram message/email.

2. CONDITIONS

Any natural person aged 18 or over may participate free of charge. 
Automated competition services and competition clubs are excluded from participation.
Participation is based on the details provided in the post.

3. PRIZE

The winners will be selected at random by a jury consisting of COSLINE employees.
Any changes to the competition will be announced on the Facebook/Instagram page.
Permanent COSLINE employees are not permitted to participate.
Prize claims cannot be transferred to other persons.
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and the assessment of the content of the submitted competition entries.

4. DISQUALIFICATION

Any user who attempts to manipulate the result using technological means or in any other way will be immediately disqualified.
In the event of disqualification, the next-ranked candidate will receive the prize if it was originally awarded to the disqualified participant.

5. PRIZES

It is not possible to have the cash value of the prizes paid out.
The participant is not entitled to request any change to the characteristics of the prize as offered by COSLINE.
The claim to the prize mentioned above becomes effective after a response in the form of a Facebook/Instagram message/email. This must be provided within seven days. After this period expires, COSLINE will select a new winner.
If it is not possible to send the prize because incorrect/erroneous contact address details were provided, COSLINE will select a new winner.

6. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

COSLINE points out that the availability and functionality of the prize draw cannot be guaranteed. The prize draw may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without giving rise to any claims by participants against COSLINE. External circumstances and constraints include technical problems, changes in the law, or mandatory measures by third parties beyond COSLINE's control.

7. CONSENTS

By participating in the prize draw, participants agree that their personal data will be stored and processed by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH for the purpose of conducting the prize draw.

8. LEGAL PROVISIONS

This prize draw is conducted by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH. Meta has no connection whatsoever with this prize draw. Meta therefore does not serve as a contact for this prize draw. All questions/information concerning this matter should be directed to COSLINE Cosmetics.

9. DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION

COSLINE processes participants' personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations for the provision, conduct and administration of the prize draw (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Participants' data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary to conduct the prize draw (e.g., for the purpose of shipping prizes) or if a participant has consented to the disclosure.
