1. GENERAL

The contest is conducted by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH, Am Reichenbach 1b, 79249 Merzhausen (hereinafter also referred to as COSLINE).
The contest is open to all persons residing in Germany or Austria.
The contest ends at the time specified in the post. Unless otherwise stated, winners will be notified in the comments or via Facebook/Instagram message or email.

2. CONDITIONS

Participation is allowed for any natural person aged 18 or older and is free of charge. 
Automated contest services and contest clubs are excluded from participation.
Participation is according to the information in the post.

3. PRIZE

The winners will be randomly selected by a jury consisting of COSLINE employees.
All changes to the contest will be announced on the Facebook/Instagram page.
Permanent COSLINE employees are not allowed to participate.
Prize claims cannot be transferred to other persons.
Legal recourse is excluded regarding the drawing of winners and the evaluation of the content of the submitted contest entries.

4. DISQUALIFICATION

Any user who attempts to manipulate the result using technological means or by other methods will be disqualified immediately.
In case of disqualification, the next placed candidate will receive the prize, provided it was originally awarded to the disqualified person.

5. PRIZES

It is not possible to have the cash value of the prizes paid out.
The participant has no claim to any change in the characteristics of the prize as offered by COSLINE.
The claim to the above-mentioned prize becomes valid after feedback in the form of a Facebook/Instagram message or email. This must be done within seven days. After this period, COSLINE will select a new winner.
If the prize cannot be sent due to incorrect or faulty contact address data, COSLINE will select a new winner.

6. ADDITIONAL

COSLINE points out that the availability and functionality of the contest cannot be guaranteed. The contest may be ended or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without participants having any claims against COSLINE. External circumstances and constraints include technical problems, legal changes, or mandatory measures by third parties beyond COSLINE's control.

7. CONSENTS

Participants agree that by participating in the contest, their personal data will be stored and processed by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH for the purpose of conducting the contest..

8. LEGAL REGULATIONS

This contest is conducted by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH. Meta is in no way connected to this contest. Meta is therefore not available as a contact for this contest. All questions/information regarding this must be directed to COSLINE Cosmetics.

9. DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION

COSLINE processes participants' personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations to provide, conduct, and handle the contest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Participants' data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contest (e.g., for the purpose of sending prizes) or if a participant has consented to the transfer.
