1. GENERAL

The COSLINE Community Creator call is conducted by COSLINE Cosmetics GmbH, Am Reichenbach 1b, 79249 Merzhausen (hereinafter referred to as "COSLINE").
The promotion is open to all persons residing in Germany or Austria.

2. PARTICIPATION

Participation is open to any natural person aged 18 or older and is free of charge. 
Participation is by submitting a personal introduction video according to the guidelines on the promotion page:

3. SELECTION PROCESS

An internal COSLINE jury selects participants based on the submitted videos who may start as COSLINE Community Creators.

The selection criteria include, among others:
– Authenticity
– Likeable appearance
– Creative implementation of the guidelines
– Good video quality

There is no entitlement to be selected. Legal recourse is excluded.

4. STARTER SET

Selected participants will receive a free COSLINE Starter Set to create an additional tutorial video.
Exchanges or cash payments are excluded.
Feedback on the selection must be given within 7 days. Otherwise, COSLINE reserves the right to nominate another person.

5. DISQUALIFICATION

Participants who attempt to manipulate the selection process or violate these terms may be disqualified.

6. CONSENTS

By participating, participants agree that their personal data and the submitted video will be stored and processed by COSLINE for the purpose of conducting and selecting the contest.

The initial introduction video will be used internally only and will not be published.
For future creator content (e.g., stories, reels, posts), COSLINE will obtain a separate written consent for publication.

7. DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION 

COSLINE processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Videos not selected will be completely deleted after the selection process is completed. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. LEGAL PROVISIONS

This promotion is in no way connected to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or any other platforms.
