You can return the products within 30 days of receiving your order. (Please note: Returns from Switzerland are currently not possible due to customs regulations.)
Makeup sets can only be returned in full. Please contact our customer service team at info@cosline.de to arrange the return.

which was used for the order. If you are unsure, then see to which address the order confirmation email was sent.
